Two Yonkers police officers are recovering after their patrol car crashed while responding to a call Tuesday in the city.
A police spokesman said the officers were heading to a possible burglary scene to provide backup in Yonkers.
The patrol car had its lights and sirens activated when it collided with another vehicle on Glen Road.
Both officers suffered minor injuries, the spokesman said.
No one else was hurt.
