$73M awarded to affordable housing project in The Bronx

Gov. Kathy Hochul announced that an affordable housing project in The Bronx has received $73 million from the state.

The Taryn Tower residential building on Concord Avenue will contain 142 affordable apartments for households earning at or below 70% of the Area Median Income.

The grant is part of a larger push to create and preserve 750 affordable homes statewide.
