Authorities announced Monday DNA evidence led to the arrest of two men who they say were responsible for a deadly home invasion a decade ago in Pemberton Township.

Kevin D’Costa and Daemen Hodge were charged with felony murder, robbery, conspiracy and weapons offenses in the 2016 killing of Norman Mosley, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Mosley was shot twice after a struggle when the suspects allegedly forced their way into the home he shared with his girlfriend.

Investigators made a breakthrough in the case when advancements in DNA technology produced a match to gloves collected nearby the crime scene. The DNA evidence allowed law enforcement to obtain homicide warrants from a Superior Court judge.
