Attorney General William Tong announced a settlement with Capulet Entertainment and owner Estevan Vega following the three-day Capulet Fest 2024 Music festival.
The event was supposed to happen in June 2024 at the Speedway Motorsports Park in Thompson.
Capulet moved the event one day prior 50 miles away to the Webster Theater in Hartford.
Bands performing backed out as ticket holders paid up to $700.
Vega must provide customer refunds up to $50,000.
