Single Batch:

· 2 Cups of Cold Milk.

· 6oz Instant Vanilla Pudding.

· 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Flavor.

· 12oz Heavy Cream Whipped.

· 4oz Confectionary sugar.

· 16oz Vanilla Wafers.

· 14 Small Banana slices.

Cooking Instructions:

· Cook at medium heat until thickens, Milk, Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (cool to room temperature)

· Add vanilla Flavor to pudding after cooling.

· Whip 12oz of heavy cream with 4oz of confectionery sugar until thick.

· Add the whipped topping and pudding together and chill in refrigerator.

Prep:

· 16 oz Vanilla Wafers.

· 14oz Bananas sliced thin.

Assemble:

· Use Medium Clear Glass Bowl.

· Line the bottom of bowl with pudding.

· Add wafers and banana.

· Top with cream and repeat until all wafer’s, sliced banana are finished.
