It appears that congestion pricing could be here until the fall.

The sides have agreed to a timeline to prepare their court motions, according to court documents.

That timeline stretches into late October.

As News 12 has reported, the Trump administration has ordered the state and MTA to halt the tolls on most drivers heading into Manhattan below 60th Street during peak hours.

The MTA is fighting the order in court.
