A North Bergen man has been accused of luring a minor on Snapchat and sexually assaulting them last week in River Vale, according to police.

Authorities say Guy McCann committed the assault after contacting a victim under the age of 16 and planning to meet up.

Following the incident, police say he contacted the victim again and asked for another meeting.

Officers apprehended him when he arrived at the location, according to authorities.

Police say McCann was previously arrested for attempting to lure an 11-year-old girl into his car two months ago in West New York.
