WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Monday will be another pleasant day with sunny skies and warm temperatures.

Tuesday is cloudy but mostly nice until the rain starts to move in.

A coastal storm is brewing that, depending on trajectory, could be a soaker for Wednesday. Main concerns would be flooding as there could easily be around an inch of rain for Wednesday. The exact path will become clearer in the next 24 hours or so.
