A mobile van will offer free Wi-Fi, laptops and printing. Residents can also get help with job or citizenship applications.
The service is free and is a collaboration between the Bound Brook Public Library and the Somerset County Department of Human Services.
The van will be back at the Bound Brook Train Station on Wednesday.
