A West New York elementary school named after Sen. Bob Menendez will revert back to its original name, according to the city’s mayor.
Robert Menendez Elementary School will go back to the name P.S. 3.

The change comes after Menendez announced his resignation from the United States Senate after he was convicted on federal bribery charges.
The school was named after the senator in 2013.
