A 29-year-old Lower Township woman is facing charges in connection to the death of her 6-month-old son.
Authorities say officers discovered Michelle Stanton’s son dead in her home in June 2023.
The child’s death is still under investigation, according to police.
Stanton was taken into custody on May 9. The Cape May County Prosecutor says the charges against her include manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
