Route 35 reopened Sunday night after a fire in Neptune Township prompted a shutdown of the roadway.

Neptune Township police posted photos on Facebook of firefighters at the scene.

The fire was in a commercial building.

Police said Route 35 was closed from Bangs Avenue to West Lake Avenue.
