Nutley man charged with multiple child endangerment and sexual misconduct charges

A Nutley man is in jail after being charged with multiple counts of sexual contact and child endangerment charges.

Donald Kumar Davis was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on two counts of second-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and the Washington Township Police Department found Davis sexually assaulted a child in Washington Township on two occasions and in Wyckoff on one occasion.

Davis was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 19 in Paramus.
