Scott’s forecast: Floodwaters recede, dry week ahead for New Jersey

Floodwaters continue to recede. The Passaic River at Pine Brook and Little Falls will be cresting over the next 24 hours as crews and communities in north and central New Jersey continue to clean up from the flood and wind damage.
