A Philadelphia man has been accused of kidnapping two girls and driving them to New Jersey.
Authorities found the girls after an Aberdeen resident contacted police early Monday morning and reported that the two were knocking on doors to find a place to sleep.
The girls were then reunited with their mother, according to police.
Police say Benjamin Pessin is charged with sexually assaulting at least one of the girls.
