A New Jersey icon is donating $100,000 to an Asbury Park venue.
Bruce Springsteen had a photo shoot at the Turf Club earlier this year. The community has been working to renovate the spot back to its glory days as a music and cultural venue.
“The Boss” said he wanted to help and called the venue this week to say he would be donating to the cause.
