A woman from Newark is suing Taco Bell after she claims she was beaten by three employees in May 2022.

The lawsuit claims Leticia Rivera wanted to exchange food she ordered at Taco Bell on Broad Street. She then claims employees attacked her.

According to the lawsuit, the attack left Rivera with a fractured finger and stitches on her head.

News 12 New Jersey reached out to Taco Bell for comment but has not heard back.
