Two men from Manville were arrested in connection to the robbery of a business on East Street in Bound Brook.

Police say they responded to a call reporting the crime just before 1 a.m. on Thursday. Upon arrival, they found Israel Oliver and Dyon Jimenez inside the business.

The two attempted to flee the scene but were caught by police.

Authorities say a gun, bullets and Xanax pills fell out of Oliver’s sweatshirt.

Police say Oliver is being held in the Somerset County Jail and Jimenez was released.
