Tornado warnings, flash flooding slam North Jersey as severe storms sweep the state

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hilda Estevez says that flash flooding is possible in northeastern parts of the state. She is also tracking potential thunderstorms for Tuesday afternoon.
