Former Elizabeth Fire Chief Louis Kelly dies from heart attack
A former Elizabeth fire chief who suffered a heart attack while on his way to a fire last week has died. Louis Kelly was on his way to a large fire in Clark on Dec. 8 when he suffered a heart attack.
