Two people are in critical condition after a speed boat crashed into rocks in Woodbridge.

State police say the boat was in the Arthur Kill when it crashed near Ferry Street just before 6 p.m. Sunday.

They say there were eight people on board the boat and five of them were injured.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
