Montclair shelter offers hope, comfort to those without a home
11h agoThe Montclair Township Animal Shelter is asking for the public's help after two dogs were found tied up to a bench.
The shelter says both dogs were abandoned on Thursday.
At the moment, they are not available for adoption.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact the shelter.
