Newark police are asking the public for help to find a beloved French bulldog that was stolen in broad daylight last week.
Police say the dog was taken from its teen owner by four men while he was on his way to the pet groomer. They say the men snatched the dog on South 19th Street and then headed eastbound on South Orange Avenue.
Family members tell News 12 that the suspects were driving a white BMW SUV.
The Joseph family is offering a $2,500 reward for the safe return of their dog, Teddy.
