A 19-year-old Burlington County woman died Saturday after losing control of her car on I-95 in Philadelphia.

Police said Siena Brachelli of Chesterfield was driving an Acura MDX in the left lane of I-95 around 11:36 p.m. when she veered into the left shoulder. The vehicle struck a guardrail, flipped and landed on its roof in the median.

Pennsylvania State Police, the Philadelphia Fire Department and emergency responders arrived and pronounced her dead at the scene.
