The sole winning ticket for Tuesday's $216 million Mega Millions drawing was sold in Ocean County to 10 co-workers at Whitehouse Station's Chubb Commercial Insurance.A spokesman for New Jersey Lottery says the ticket was sold at the Singin Oil gas station in Toms River. It is the second-largest jackpot in Garden State history.The ticket is worth $8.1 million a year, before taxes, for the next 26 years as an annuity. The cash option is worth about $137 million before Uncle Sam's share is taken.The winning ticket was bought by a group of 10 colleagues in Chubb Commercial Insurance's IT department. The winners say they religiously would pitch in $5 anytime the drawing got big.
