One person is feared to be dead after a balcony collapsed at a Sea Isle City condominium complex.

Details about the incident were not immediately available. But images from the scene show that a concrete balcony collapsed on the eighth story at the Spinnaker Condo building on Broadway.

It is believed that a person working on the seventh story balcony was struck. It is believed that this person was killed, although officials have not confirmed this fact.

The building was evacuated as a precaution.

It was not known why the balcony failed.
