Yaroslav Kolchin arrested for climbing Brooklyn Bridge

A 24-year-old man has been arrested after police say he scaled to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge.  According to authorities, Yaroslav Kolchin was caught on video while climbing along the iconic structure
