A woman is recovering after witnesses say she was struck by a speeding police car.
Emergency responders say the woman was struck at 142nd Street and Alexander Avenue Monday afternoon, and was taken to Lincoln Hospital.
One witness says it looked like the officer was not obeying traffic laws.
Police are not confirming if one of their vehicles was involved in the accident. It's also unclear whether the victim had the right of way or was crossing against a light.
