A pair of brother window washers from Linden fell fifty stories Saturday while working in Manhattan.
New York Building Department officials say the brothers were not wearing safety harnesses at the time of the incident. The two fell after the scaffolding they had been working on collapsed.
Edgar Moreno, 30, died from the fall. Alcides Moreno, 37, survived the free-fall and is listed in critical condition at Presbyterian Hospital in New York.
Police are launching an investigation into the incident.
