Firefighters have achieved 90% containment of a wildfire burning in
Wharton State Forest in Waterford Township,
according to the Forest Fire Service.
The blaze, located near Tremont Avenue and Burn Mill Road, has scorched approximately 45 acres of land.
No injuries or structural damage have been reported.
