Chef Giovanni Ruggerrio of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make Buffalo Chicken Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Cream Cheese
1 lb. Chicken Salad
2 tbs. Franks Hot Sauce
¼ lb. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 ea. Scallion (thinly sliced)
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl combine the chicken salad, hot sauce and mix until fully incorporated and set aside.
2. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the bottom of an oven safe casserole pan.
3. Evenly spread the chicken salad mixture on top of the cream cheese.
4. Next top the chicken salad with the shredded cheddar.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for five to ten minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and begins to brown.
6. Remove from oven and garnish with scallions.
