Construction projects on the roads and rails could slow you down if traveling around the borough this weekend.
The Throgs Neck Bridge will have up to two lanes closed for repairs heading into Queens until 5 a.m. on Monday.
The Whitestone Bridge will also have two lanes closed on the Queens-bound side from midnight until 8 a.m. on Sunday only. Anyone traveling during the overnight hours should expect delays and consider taking the RFK Bridge instead.
If taking mass transit, there will be no 5 trains running between East 180th Street and the Bowling Green station. There will also be no 2 trains between East 180th Street and the Grand Concourse.
All downtown 6 trains will skip the Middletown Road, Westchester Square and Castle Hill Avenue stops, while the Coney Island-bound D trains pass by the 182nd Street station.
Alternate side of the street parking rules are in effect citywide Saturday.
