Thursday was the 12th consecutive day with temperatures around 15 degrees warmer than usual.
News 12 New Jersey meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures will be between 70 and 75 degrees on Friday, another day where afternoon highs will be 15-20 degrees above average. If the current weather trends keep up, this may go down as the warmest March on record for New Jersey.
Curren says allergy sufferers will get a brief break from the early pollen season when needed rain moves across the region for Saturday and Sunday.
