Temperatures in various parts of New Jersey have reached at least 90 degrees for the eighth day in a row.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says low humidity and moderate winds have kept the heat from being too oppressive.
Curren says that skies are expected to remain clear and temperatures should cool for Tuesday's overnight hours.
Wednesday is expected to see a mixture of sun and clouds with increased humidity. Temperatures could reach the upper 80s.
Thursday should be mostly sunny with temperatures in the low 80s.
Clouds and scattered rain showers could develop for Friday with temperatures in the upper 70s.
