As New Jersey turns to the general election in the fall, News 12's Nick Meidanis and Peter Woolley, a political scientist at Fairleigh Dickinson University, break down the 2024 primary election results.
Democratic Rep. Andy Kim was among the big winners for the primaries Tuesday night. He's now the favorite to win the senate seat held by Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez.
Kim will face hotel developer Curtis Baashaw in the general election though Menendez may try for an independent bid. Sen. Menendez's son, Rob, was reelected in Hudson County.
