A Vietnam War veteran in search of a living kidney donor attended a Veterans Day luncheon in Holmdel on Friday.

Pat Vellucci shares the stories of his military service as a docent at the Vietnam Memorial Museum in Holmdel. He has been searching for a kidney donor since 2022.

Vellucci has been working with DOVE, a New Jersey-based nonprofit that finds living donors for veterans.

Billboards have been erected across New Jersey to help find a donor for Vellucci.
