President Kamala Harris is making a return to New Jersey this Friday.
The
vice president will be in Newark to recognize the city's significant lead pipe
removal process.
It comes as New Jersey puts infrastructure law funds to use,
$1 billion over five years, to replace 350,000 lead water pipes across the
state.
