A Venezuelan man has found success as a hairdresser after moving to the United States when he was young.
Jay Romero grew up in Venezuela, before moving to the U.S. with his family.
"I think the situation of my country makes a lot of people to leave Venezuela. So that was the reason she chose looking for a new opportunity and I came here," he said.
Years of hard work and dedication led him to Jay Romero Salon in Norwalk.
"I just want to work. I just want to grow. And that's my thing, you know, learn. Because I think we learn every day," Romero said.
