Two Grinches may not have stolen Christmas but they are accused of stealing tips from the garbage men in Chatam Township.

Neighbors say they usually put holiday tips for the garbage men inside the lid of the garbage cans. This year, however, they say the hard-working men never received their gifts. Police arrested two men they say are responsible for stealing the money.

Police say the two men are former sanitation workers and knew the neighborhood?s tipping tactics. The two are now facing charges of theft. Meanwhile, the holiday tips were eventually given to the garbage men.
