The U.S. Postal Service is looking to raise its rates once again.
The proposed new rates include a two-cent increase in the price of first-class mail forever stamps from 66 cents to 68 cents.
Prices for special services products would go up, which includes certified mail, post office box rental fees, money order fees and purchasing insurance when mailing an item.
The Postal Regulatory Commission must review the price changes. If approved, the new prices would take effect Jan. 21 of 2024.
