Walmart has closed four of its New Jersey locations for one day each in the last two weeks, but will not say whether workers have had the coronavirus.

According to a company spokesperson, the stores in Garfield, Freehold, Secaucus and Kearny have all closed for third-party cleaning and to restock merchandise. In all four cases, the stores reopened the next day without issue.
The spokesperson says among the reasons a store can shut down are positive coronavirus tests in staff members and staffing or stocking issues.
