A Union Township man pleaded not guilty Friday after getting charged with unlawfully transporting Irish citizens who had entered the United States without authorization.
Officials say nine people crossed the United States-Canada border in Richford, Vermont.
They say Tyshan Murray, of Union Township, then picked them up in his SUV. It was not clear where he took them after.
Murray could face five years in prison if he's convicted.
