Union City police search for 69-year-old women missing with Alzheimer's

The Union City Police Department is looking for a 69-year-old woman with Alzheimer's. Police say Palmira Fortuna was last seen by her daughter around 7 a.m. Monday near 315 Eighth St. in Union City.
