A University of North Carolina senior remains on life support Sunday at Hackensack University Medical Center. Tarheels mascot Jason Ray, 21, remains in extremely critical condition after being hit by an SUV while walking on the shoulder of Route 4. The accident happened near the Fort Lee Hilton, where the team was staying. Ray was rushed to the hospital a few hours before Friday's NCAA game. Ray?s father says doctors are holding out little hope for his son's recovery. Fans and fellow students say they are hoping for the best and they missed him at the game.
