Police in a Monmouth County community have arrested two young men on suspicion of providing alcohol to the underage drivers of a fatal car accident. Police suspect speed and alcohol played a role in the crash that killed 17-year-old Patrick Basilicato. Now, police have arrested and charged 19-year-old Matthew Muscenti and 23-year-old Jason Clark with providing the booze. Middletown Township Police Lt. Craig Weber say the pair, and possibly others, often made ?alcohol runs? for underage teens.Basilicato was driving on Halloween night when his car crashed into a tree in Middletown Township. He died two days later. Clark is being held on $2,500 bail. Muscenti is free on his own recognizance.
