Heavy rain fell across parts of Monmouth and Ocean counties as Tropical Storm Fay took aim at the Garden State.
Tropical storm warnings, as well as flash flood watches, are in place for a number of counties across New Jersey.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologists say the storm will continue throughout the evening, moving out late tonight after 8 p.m.
