A Trenton man is facing charges after a decomposing body was found in a trash bag last month.
Prosecutors say that David Gibson placed the body in the bag after the person died and moved it to another area.
The body was found in the 600 Block of Beatty Street by a landlord.
It was unclear how the person died.
Gibson was charged with disturbing or desecrating human remains, tampering with evidence and hindering.
