A civil lawsuit has been filed against the Trenton Diocese alleging a clergyman abused two children in the early 1970s.
The defendant is accusing a priest named Father O'Donoghue of molesting her 10-year-old brother and her at age 7 while ministering at home for her cancer-stricken mother 35 years ago.
The abuse allegedly occurred on weekly visits to the home and on one occasion inside St. Margaret's Church.
