Tractor-trailer crash kills driver in Orange County
Police say a tractor-trailer driven by 30-year-old Sean Haley, of Albany, sideswiped a truck that was stopped on the right shoulder of the roadway.

State police say a crash between two tractor-trailers left one driver dead in Orange County at the height of Tuesday's storm.
State police say a tractor-trailer driven by 30-year-old Sean Haley, of Albany, sideswiped a stopped tractor-trailer.
The driver of the second vehicle, 42-year-old Jose Payano, of Plainfield, New Jersey was outside of the truck at the time.
He was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
The first tractor-trailer rolled over, blocking all southbound lanes of travel.
Haley was taken to Garnett Medical Center for injuries that were not considered life-threatening and was ticketed as a result of the crash.
