Toms River man accused of painting blue line in support of police charged with making terroristic threats

A Toms River man who was previously accused of paining a blue line on Hooper Avenue in the town has been charged with making terroristic threats and causing false public alarm.
Authorities say that 36-year-old David Giordano uploaded three videos to a public YouTube channel named “Toms River Police are the Best” that they deemed to be threatening.
One video allegedly contained images of Giordano, news coverage of his previous arrest regarding the blue line, images of the Ocean County Justice Complex and Toms River Town Hall, followed by a video of a homemade bulldozer destroying public buildings in Granby, Colorado in 2004. The videos also allegedly included graphics stating that the person posting the video would “would turn Toms River Township Town Hall and the Ocean County Justice Complex ‘upside down.’”
Police say that Giordano was the person who allegedly posted these videos.
Giordano was arrested on Monday and is being held at the Ocean County Jail.
